In late 2014 and early 2015, I used State Tech Services for my small business’s IT needs. This included explaining my goals and needs. STS was able to quickly offer a number of solutions, explaining the pros and cons of each, with associated pricing levels. The results? STS cabled my entire two story office with CAT5e and Coaxial, install a number of routers, related hardware, and wireless access points. From the beginning the service, punctuality, pricing, and follow-up has been exceptional. I have had very few problems (actually most are ‘operator errors’) that needed a follow-up visit and each time STS was able to quickly resolve the problem. Excellent company providing an excellent service.
